  • Video and Audio Content: Video and audio selected for processing are transferred to our infrastructure to run isolation tasks.
  • Text Prompts: Prompts describing sounds to isolate are processed to complete your request.

Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and technical identifiers.
  • Usage Data: Feature usage, request volume, and app events.
  • Crash Reports: Diagnostic information used to improve reliability.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain audio isolation services
  • Process prompts and media files for AI inference
  • Manage accounts, subscriptions, and support requests
  • Improve product quality, security, and abuse prevention

Storage and Retention

Media is stored temporarily to complete processing. Processed outputs may remain available for a limited period so users can access their results. Users may request deletion through support.
